Ever thought of working at NASA and studying the unknown from afar? Remote Sensing introduces you to just that. Remote Sensing is a study event designed to test your ability to study objects from a distance using items such as radar, satellite imagery, and many more. You have three tasks: to analyze the information given and interpret causes of events, to predict the consequences of the event, and to perform data analysis related to the topic. Since 2017, the topic has been over climate change, and you will have to know about specific RS satellites, sensor types, and even some of the physics for the event you’re given.
